Finishing the year with proof of work:
  1. Running outside today as I did everyday this year. 5 years without a day off or inside. Over 2,100 miles run (over 5.8 average a day)
  2. Over 36,500 push-ups - over 100 a day
  3. Over 6 hours of planks - avg 1 minute a day
  4. Over 18,000 pull ups - avg 50 a day
  5. Slept 8.5 hours avg
  6. Ate the most meat, eggs (3 a day), and cleanest less processed food of my life.
  7. Coached/lead my boys soccer teams & cubscouts. On a community 5k board.
  8. never had more Bitcoin conviction
Can’t wait to raise the bar for 2025! Let’s go!
Those a great set of bodyweight exercises to workout your whole body, and you can do them from anywhere without equipment (doesn't have to a pullup bar, a tree branch works also). Good work!
