Cocktail of the day: Appleton Whiskey
It's an apple-based whiskey cocktail for the fall/winter season.
Ingredients:
1 oz Appel Whiskey
1 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
2 oz apple juice
3/4 oz dry curacao
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
3-4 drops saline solution
Instructions:
Shake with one large and two smaller ice cubes and strain into a chilled lowball class with a fine mash strainer onto a big cube. Garnish with lemon wheel.
