This is disturbing but I wonder how many months a year I spent watching TV growing up in the 80s and 90s. Would not be surprised if it was comparable.
Actually, just did the math and it's about 5 hours a day. I definitely didn't watch that much TV.

This excessive use, especially in children and teenagers, who are still developing their intellectual development, will result in a lack of good stimulation to the brain. Generations will be formed with mental laziness

I would say that here in Lima, Peru, that figure or average falls short...
Starting with the fact that parents leave their children on the phone all day to keep them calm, completely damaging their minds.
