Thanks. Yeah I'm not doing too bad, although I do have to keep an eye on balancing the chest out with back and core exercises. I try to get some in whenever/wherever I can. Have lived in a place with no pullup bars close by for the past 6 months tho.

I'm assuming you have lost weight too but I'm guessing you were already a lean person?

My weight has been pretty much the same for the past 2-3 years. And yes, was already lean. I do have more muscle mass now tho. Awesome to hear I've inspired you! 🤠
