For business, I would recommand to not self host btcpay. If you self host it, you will have to open some ports to access it from outside (it reveals your IP address) or using a reverse proxy (which will be hosted on a VPS or whatever).
The easiest solution is probably using Lunanode https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Deployment/LunaNode/

Thank you for the suggestion! I work for a tech oriented company (we sell a service) and we manage several servers, so it is not a problem to add one more and do some firewall confing. I'm more concerned about Core + LN nodes manage/upgrade.
I will check LunaNode, any particular advantages on Voltage?
