I can't deny 🙂‍↔️ the great curiosity that this matter arouses in me.

• On the one hand, I am very intrigued to know why someone who owns a functional territory would be willing to deregister that which functions.
• On the other hand, I am very intrigued to know how much it could cost? How can the transfer of control over the territory be done?
