Why do you think so?
I know one thing for sure that my posts never show up in the top 10 for the day and it's because some high value stackers will only zap to their personal likings. Friends are zapping friends here.
Also those who are trying to be the gatekeeper here are the ones who are the dumbest losers I've ever seen.

The only reason why you want to get on the top ten is so that you can assmilk more. The high value stackers already know that and can see that. They just tolerate you.
