This is a concern for me. They don't play in bad weather often. Maybe a few times a year but bad weather is likely to occur down the stretch and in playoffs when you need your QB to be at their best. He wasn't very good in the rain against the Packers last year in the playoffs.
Fortunately, some of the top NFC teams play inside. It's basically the Packers that might be a problem.

True. Fortunately only Seattle is an issue in the division. They don't have a lot of weather games but when they do Purdy is usually bad.
49ers in general play like spoiled Californians in bad weather. They all seem to suck.
