I have NWC through albyhub for receiving configured on 0288037d3f0bdcfb240402b43b80cdc32e41528b3e2ebe05884aff507d71fca71a, maybe your node has very bad connectivity to mine?

Payments go through SN, so @siggy47 only needs a good connection to SN and SN needs a good connection to your node.
