I used the
transfer
feature a few days before the next monthly bill was due:
We didn’t wait for it to get archived since then whoever pays first gets it.

I saw the functionality available, it's great but hopefully I'll never use it! I was more wondering if you got back the sats you spent for the territory, or you just give it to someone else that will be happy to care and pay the monthly bill?
