Are the “Orbs” in the Sky Part of a Fabian Society Plan?

Certainly tracks with a lot of the stories I've read e.g., Werner von Braun's warnings near the end of his life.

They began with the Communist threat, then the international terrorists threat, then the rogue nations threat, maybe soon the asteroid threat, and finally the extraterrestrial threat.
