Yes, unfortunately even the original study do not suggest or include red wine as the basis.

An intervention study in healthy adults reported an improvement in cardiovascular risk factors, fasting high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c), and fibrinogen after four weeks of consuming 200â300â mL/day of red wine.
