I have a similar story about having out of body experiences when I was young. Although very different also. Then I "grew up" and left that all behind. Although I felt in touch with it again here and there over the years. I would have these moments that I thought were flashbacks to another experience, or panic attacks, or tiny seizures. I don't now what they were but they came and went and some how felt connected to my childhood connection to a higher self. About 7 or 8 years go I felt pulled to my spirituality again and went on a new path. Mine included a lot of shamanistic type medicine work. Sitting with plants that others would refer to as psychedelics but I see them as healing allies. All that is to say that I think when we get too identifies with our logical mind we lose our connection to spirit. And I have been regaining that connection and embracing it as of late. For me, this is how we answer the real questions about existence. It's not a logical answer. It is something we can feel only for ourselves. It is our connection to our higher selves, a connection to "god".Obviously I am paraphrasing this whole story. But I really appreciate your post. I love to see this type of content here. I think it is important to ask questions that allow us to understand ourselves better.
'Know thyself' is real wisdom
Thanks for the post.

This is what you need to recite every now and then.
Know then thyself, presume not God to scan; The proper study of mankind is Man. Placed on this isthmus of a middle state, A being darkly wise and rudely great: With too much knowledge for the Sceptic side, With too much weakness for the Stoic's pride, He hangs between; in doubt to act or rest, In doubt to deem himself a God or Beast, In doubt his mind or body to prefer; Born but to die, and reasoning but to err; Alike in ignorance, his reason such Whether he thinks too little or too much: Chaos of thought and passion, all confused; Still by himself abused, or disabused; Created half to rise and half to fall; Great lord of all things, yet a prey to all; Sole judge of truth, in endless error hurled: The glory, jest, and riddle of the world!

I like it. Seems like you are feeling called to connect with spirit and recognize new parts of your journey maybe?

It may be both. Yes, I've been seeker of inner self from the beginning. For me everyday is a new journey. Spirituality isn't something very easily achieved like the worldly joys.

I agree. For me, it has been the most challenging thing I have ever done. It requires bravery and intense amount of willingness. I had to hit a rock bottom to seek it. And I am not talking religion. That's easy. Knowing thyself isn't. And for most of my life, I had no faith whatsoever. Now I feel the best I ever have, living my best life. But it hasn't been easy.

Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.
To know yourself, you have to be able to see yourself objectively. The “you” that knows yourself cannot be the same as the “self” that you know. If you can’t do this, you’re doomed to always just doing and feeling the stuff that you always did and felt. You can’t do anything about it if you’re always in it.

I kind of struggle with bitcoiners because they tend to think they know it all. It's my roll here to remind them that there is work to be done past knowing about the importance of Bitcoin. It's a tough job. Not many want to hear the lessons I am here to give.
