How would you define habitable?
Oxygen rich with enough water to sustain life, I guess. I'm sure there's more requirements but surely this can't be the only planet capable of sustaining life. After all, there's most probably an infinite amount of stars and an infinite amount of planets in the universe, probably.

I agree, it's certainly a matter of time.
The idea of stepping off a lander with no suit on another celestial body is mind-blowing, but I feel pretty confident humans will get there someday.
I sincerely hope the Moon and Mars exploration momentum we have at the moment continues. I'm looking forward to following that progress over my lifetime. There's even a chance a Moon trip would be possible for our generation!
