Cocktail of the day: El DraqueCocktail of the day: El Draque

Named after the famous privateer Sir Francis Drake, this cocktail is the great-great-grandfather of the mojito. So grab your pirate gear and let's go! Arr!

Ingredients: 2 oz Plantation 5y (Pick your favourite rum!) 3/4 oz lime juice 3/4 oz demerara syrup 5 fresh mint leaves 3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions: Muddle the mint with the syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum and ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel, pinapple front or whatever a pirate needs.

Note: A dark rum would work here as well @Msd0457890 Damn, I forgot the mint leaves in the picture...
