Cocktail of the day: El DraqueCocktail of the day: El Draque

Named after the famous privateer Sir Francis Drake, this cocktail is the great-great-grandfather of the mojito. So grab your pirate gear and let's go! Arr!

Ingredients:
2 oz Plantation 5y (Pick your favourite rum!)
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz demerara syrup
5 fresh mint leaves
3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions:
Muddle the mint with the syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum and ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel, pinapple front or whatever a pirate needs.

Note:
A dark rum would work here as well @Msd0457890
