What a game! Bills win. My three takeaways
  1. Josh Allen once again shows America why he is the NFL MVP. This guy is unbelievable. The long throw to Keon Coleman is next level stuff. The race is over Josh Allen is your NFL MVP
  2. Does defense even exist in the NFL? This is the 2nd game in a row where Buffalo is in a shootout where both teams score over 40 points. Detroit’s defense is being held together with duct tape with all the injuries they have. The Bills lost three quarter of their starting defensive backs and suffered a few in game injuries. The Bills defense did just enough (forced two early 3 and outs and recovered a fumble) to make Detroit play catch up all game. Which Buffalo needed to win by 6.
  3. Big kudos to the Bills Special Teams. While Bass missed a chip shot field goal he bounced back making two big kicks. Also the bills recovered 2 onside kicks to stop the Detroit comeback. Glad they stepped up when it mattered.
Happy to see Josh Allen come out with the win. The throws this guys makes are awe inspiring. Glad we got the win and this tough part of the schedule is now over.
Bills move to 11-3 with the next game coming up is against a bad New England team. KC keeps on winning so getting the 1 seed might not happen but securing the two seed will be important to secure home field.

LETS GO BUFFALO

I am concerned about both these teams defenses come playoff time.
Don't get me wrong the Lions offense is great and the Bills were missing three starters in the secondary so they were bound to give up some points. I think they did a great job stopping the run and pressuring Goff early but there was way too many wide open guys in that second half. Hopefully they tighten up once their starters come back because I don't think you can win many playoff games when you give up over 40.
Exciting game though and yes Allen is MVP.
