Cocktail of the day: Franklin Bearse
The Franklin Bearse was created by legendary bartender Misty Kalkofen for Brick and Mortar around 2012!
Ingredients:
2 oz Smith & Cross Overproof Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec Orange Liquor
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 dash Angostura bitters
3-4 drops saline solution
Instructions:
Shake with one large and two smaller ice cubes and strain into a lowball class with a fine mash strainer over a big cube. Express orange zest over the top and garnish with orange peel.
