Definitely. I value sats way more than the way they convert. Spending 5$ feels like nothing. Spending 5000 sats feels like a lot to me. Because I know how much I can make happen with 5000 sats on here and nostr.

Yes, its important to have it relative to something.
But keep in mind fiat is depreciating.
