Caveat emptor: only 10/15 functionaries upgraded so far, so sometimes tx will skip a block (extra wait of 1 minute). Also, explorers https://liquid.network and https://blockstream.info cannot broadcast raw transactions yet. That is why Liquid did not officially announced it. But it works )))
