Just 3-4 drops will enhance the flavor of every cocktail. Anything sweet should have a pinch of salt and anything salty should have a pinch of sugar. Having it pre-diluted makes it much easier to incorporate into the drink.

I see, interesting science stuff! I don't know if I've ever noticed a bar equipped with saline, is it usually found there?

An absolute must in good cocktail bars. My boss would have killed me back in the day if I forgot to put it in.
