This is a huge deal. I try not to get excited about news that I consider bullish, but this ruling just removed a major barrier for US corporations who want to keep bitcoin on their balance sheet

Indeed, reg's and the lot needs to speak the same language to keep up with the tech. Sometimes, that includes being flexible with reg, but this is positive step forward. Clarity is important.
