No. This is only onchain. I will not use onchain to pay for stuff, only if is a large amount. Use LN for paying stuff and we already have LNURL NFC cards.
Onchain is going to be used only for opening and closing LN channels. These satscards if are not supporting instant payments through LN, are useless.

I also got LN nodes und use normaly LN over on-chain. But i think satscard got a different use case. Its better for orange pilling someone. If you got a taproot fallback address so that funds can be "recovered". Yeah but downloading a wallet of satoshi is also very quick, but its more a showcase for someone new. but if you got funds on a card you need to learn.
