Some of those points I can agree with. I disagree mostly that hodling is bad. It is a good thing and one of the main reasons to bitcoins success. The monero and litecoin community like to say that they are spenders. That they use their coins. And I would too if I had a sh$tcoin. You want to spend it as fast as possible.

Bitcoin is the best money we have. It makes perfect sense to save it. I do think you should use a portion of your stack to encourage more retail adoption though. Sending or receiving zaps is fun and it doesn't interfere with your cold storage. You can do both.
