Uhmmmm ……. Not good at reading this kind of data. I think it says that at 1305 and 57 seconds and 211 of something’s Zulu time. That would be 0705 central time, right? Stacker News is in US central time zone. Hmmm —- you did this, this morning. It is unique in my, so far, limited experience.

I think so. SN data is recorded according to UTC time, but it is true that they use US CT as a reference. The leadearboard refers to the UTC 12->13 period.
