I think Shopify defaults to enabling the ~25 most popular countries for their merchants, so I believe I can ship to US/Canada + Europe + a couple countries in Asia right now.
I can add more countries too (open to any requests), but I'll have to dig into how that affects shipping costs. I'm sure there is a reason Shopify defaults to just ~25 or so countries, but I haven't figured out exactly why yet.
