"Stack sats and stay humble"
There's plenty of resources written on the topic of why stacking sats is important, and those resources all come from people who are way smarter than I am. Luckily for me, I don't think you have to be incredibly smart to understand the importance of humility. I would like to explain my perspective on why I think staying humble is important.
A lesson I've learned, and (unfortunately) have had to learn again, and again is that there's way more I don't know, than I know. Even a large portion of things I thought I knew were completely wrong.
Almost without question, every time I get cocky, life has a way of reminding me that maybe I shouldn't be.
Humility has served me extremely well. I may not be as informed as some people, but I'm really good at getting out of my own way. I don't get stuck on an idea because I want to believe it's true. I don't disregard facts because they make me uncomfortable and change how I view the world.
I don't think we can grow without at least some level of humility, and acceptance that we can't know everything.
Any how, it's just something that's been on my mind and I thought it may be relatable.
Do you see a man who is wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

For me I have had times when it was very hard to be humble, but life humbled me in many areas, still I must always be watching myself as I am better than other in some areas that lead me to think I am better than other, but on other such as social skills I am like a child.

One of the characteristics or properties that every human being should have, regardless of whether we are bitcoin or not, is to be simple, genuinely humble is a property that not everyone has, the world teaches you to be selfish and to have an ego through the roof.

I think a good thing about staying humble is that you develop an immunity towards flashing your material goods. You just wanna lay low n do your thing, you know?
Good reflection!

Thanks for this post. This is so Important. Especially as an early bitcoiner. We feel like we see what others do not, so it is easy to get a big head at times. Bitcoin always humbles everyone eventually. I am glad that I got my lessons up front so now I know...

Me too. I got my ass handed to me for the first few years. My first btc purchase was in 2017. What a ride I was about to go on. I had nearly 10 BTC at one time. Oops. Lost it all. Now I humbly gather sats on stacker and mine a few thousand a day and call that great.

The most I've had is .145 and it's taken me half a year to get that much 😁
Don't feel bad.

I don't feel bad. I am grateful. Lessons were learned. I don't have much Bitcoin but I have a plan. My miners, infinite sun, and stacker. I feel set.
