Of course, they did. Can’t let the plebes run free, now, can we? FINCEN is another one of those agencies that should be evaporated, demolished, eviscerated, annihilated and crushed. It is none of their business and many times they are the ones doing the crimes.

As expected, FinCEN and the tread have applied for a stay of the nationwide injunction granted to the people in the Texas CTA case. 

Of course, the government is claiming that the injunction itself is an “irreparable injury”. The gall of these people. 248 years without the CTA, and a few months delay to ensure the law is constitutional is an irreparable injury. Someone over at DOJ purchases chutzpah by the hogshead.

I look forward to the response and the judge’s ruling, and hopefully it’ll be in favor of the people.
