I am using on ios so not sure. I am having an issue sometimes with the nostr feed not loading and I don't see promoted episodes anymore.
You should let @MerryOscar know about your issue.
I was running into that as well in the last week. I guess I'll wait another day in case it's something they're fixing and then I'll try to contact them about it.
