We also need to entice an elite offensive minded coach to come to Vegas. Giving him all of the Day 1 and day 2 picks should help.

I haven't heard anything substantial. I'd be surprised if they don't try for Vrabel, though.
I'd prefer a young offensive minded coach, but that hasn't been Davis' approach.

Maybe Slowik from the Texans. Obviously Ben Johnson would likely be the best option but who knows if he wants to go to Raiders.

For good reason but they were without their top 2 receivers for a good chunk of the year.

I do think it makes sense to give your young QB the best OLine and weapons possible.
