The banks, and by extension, the banking services companies like Revolut don't want us to have freedom. They want us nice and compliant. That is a basic requirement of using their social credit system.

It's not the banks, but the government's strict and oftentimes unclear regulations that force them to act so zealously.

I can't speak about other nations. But the largest banks (fed members) in the US dictate policy as opposed to having it dictated to them. Banking cuck Elizabeth Warren ran on a platform or reforming big banks, but all she did was pass legislation which led to the capture / destruction of small to medium sized banks.

The more banks and finance apps and services act like this, the more they prove our money isn't really ours, and the more anti-fiat maxis are born.
We don't even need a majority on this boat.
First the privacy and freedom conscious. Then eventually a critical mass. Enough for alternatives to grow and have more support.

I don't quite understand why Bitcoiners (since we're on SN) would care about revolut other than to laugh at it.
If it's the case that "My abula doesn't know how to use Bitcoin"

My bank app does not work on Graphene either, so I realized how intrusive it was. Happy to not use it anymore.

Bye Revolut...

Ah fuck.
Google pay was already holding me back from Graphene-ing. No Revolut access either...? Eh, gonna stay throwing away my "privacy"

I don't try to use bank or finance apps on my graphene anyway, but I did recently try to order some holiday gift cards. My order was cancelled for security concerns.

I wonder how many zero days Graphene has?
reply
It might just be me but I can't use CashApp on GrapheneOS either. Strangely I can use it on my Calyx phone which kind of sucks because GrapheneOS is my daily driver.
