channels on different phones, app downloaded from github, work with no problems. however, "U.S." is a legal construct, so i don't consider playing within the monopoly when using phoenix service... or any other bitcoin software for that matter. it looks like i use it in the U.S., but that is a presumption that can be dispelled when needed. i haven't gotten around to downloading phoenixd.
