still completely usable, just cant download from google or apple app stores ( you can,use aurora store, or download the apk directly from github). and if you simply load up a new google account in playstore and vpn in from another country, you can download it in the google play store ( cant speak for apple store).
I thought that Phoenix might somehow block IPs from the US, so it's great to see that it still maintains censorship resistance, lol.

their product is better than everyone else's and i think they wisely curtailed US usage while administrative state was coming after the big players ( hopefully thats over for now). they literally set up the bare minimum barrier and the result was people think its banned in US, but most people cant see past the playstores so it kinda worked perfectly for them, imo. i bet theyll be back in playstore in 2025 at some point.

Yeah, it works just fine. I installed the .apk from GitHub, but I still get automatic updates from the Play Store whenever a new version is released.

since i use iphone, not able to manually install it tho, if i have to remove it :(

that is a huge issue with iphone, no sideloading apps. the walled garden is pretty though..
