I'm happy that he accepted Dollar is a shit and not even a thing to consider for comparison with assets.

I don't think it's an either or, for which assets bitcoin is competing with.

On the margins, people are ditching every asset class in favor of bitcoin.

I could see why bitcoin would make a bigger dent in gold's monetary premium, though. Most of the reasons for holding gold are even better reasons for holding bitcoin.
