This is when you leave the world behind and enter into an eternal bliss of happiness.
I am feeling it recently the most. I didn't cry for nearly 20 years in my 20s and most of my 30s. I didn't know how. It was painful. I have been on a pretty intense healing journey for the last 5 or so years. And I feel like the fruits of it are really starting come into my life in a more concrete way. I am feeling happier than I have for a long time. So grateful for my tears.

Because “tears” are healing, they add to something that’s there for us in heaven.
Tears, idle tears, I know not what they mean,
Tears from the depth of some divine despair
Rise in the heart, and gather to the eyes,
In looking on the happy Autumn-fields,
And thinking of the days that are no more.
— ALFRED, LORD TENNYSON

Because you've mentioned you're healing by tears, I also have an article which is scientific but it answers why tears are so important to lead a happy life.

Interesting. I don't usually understand the world in terms of science as much anymore but it's cool that it really all correlates. Confirmation of all types is nice.

You know I'm from a country where spiritualism is ranked highest, I've come to realise that that the old texts related to it have always connected the release of human emotions as beneficial for every aspect of life, be it your mental, physical, or emotional well being.
All forms of knowledge should lead you to spirituality else the motive remains incomplete. Tears are the shortcut to attain that summit.

I agree. And it seems to me, the older the text, the better. It feels like the opposite in the US. People don't generally honor ancient texts. Also, it feels difficult to get people on stacker to look through a spiritual lense. I used to be very scientific in my thinking. Finding my spiritual connection has been a key part of my healing and expansion. I never thought much about how important the tears were in my journey.

US is the specimen of modern culture and I'm okay with their always forward looking attitude. But, they can, no one can, never leave spiritualism as part of their life. Spirituality isn't limited to ancient texts, it can be found in everything.
I personally know a lot of wealthy Americans who found their love to spirituality in some modern objects.
All beautiful objects may lead to purgation of soul and tears are the best of them all.

That makes sense. How could it not be part of everything.

When somone asks me what to read for the purgation of soul (to be a spiritual being), I often recommend to study renaissance literature in English.
Shakespeare's four greatest tragedies, Marlowe's Doctor Faustus and Million's Paradise Lost should be the first to go through.
