Yes, bolt12 i generated with Phoenix. I got a warning that it'll require on-chain fees for some reason (even though I have enough inbound afaik). Warning disappeared at the moment i touched it... so not sure if it is pending or not.

I also noticed this sometimes so I think it's just a bug. I think it only happens when you just opened the app and it's still connecting and thus isn't aware of any channels yet.
