I am an austrian libertarian from around 2010, as time passed by I still had some hope of having a normal life but then it started to fade away. There's this thing about libertarians about descussing ethical ideas and living them in practice that is very adictive, once you start it's hard to get rid of them, which is a great thing as most libertarians I know are people I share my values and trust a lot. But it leads you to live always more outside of the system, and people get away from you, you get away from people. I am not saying that libertarians are superior as people, but it is true that libertarians make choices based on principles not on imediate personal gains or on the wish of own flesh, most often it is like that. At the end it is like modern monchs lifestyle, it's hard because family and friends that don't get it and don't understand will see you as a loser, as Mises wrote about monchs that normies don't understand their choices. There's a big tentation for libertarians to fall into hedonism, which can cause no harms to other, but very destructive as I have seen it in some friends. I believe there's a big connection between Catholic tradition and libertarian ideas, especially those that florish with the monchs of Salamanca and grow up to become the now knows as Austrian Schools of economics.

You are living outside fiat world ?
reply
It's almost impossible to 100% achieve that, but I am trying my best. If you give me some good ideas in that regard I will put them in practice.

no need to ask me anything. Just read my guides.

The best answer would be to emphasize communication and understanding when engaging in a topic or discussion.

That is a good answer and the area of failure in my poor social skills. Yesterday I was thinking of not going for christmas with them, because I sometimes in my arrogance see them all as a bunch of idiots, which they are in my view because nocoiners, vaccinated, reject austrian school after me hummering down for around 14 years. But maybe it's a nice opportunity for me also getting out of the cofort zone and trying a bit more. Success for me will be if at least 5 of them install a nostr client and wallet of satoshi and actually start using nostr.

If you achieve this, it is excellent, equally improving your communication relationship with them is the best thing you could do.

indeed, I will try my best

I am from a place under the sky and above the earth.

In my opinion, these differences already exist throughout the world, everyone according to their own beliefs, because so far it has been difficult for me to agree, and I am confused.

Yes, that's the point I was going to make. Like 200 years ago we were almost equal interms of ideas with our family, friends and neighbors. Now we are so different even from everybody near us. And it can be very painful
