I put a slice of grain-fed butter and grass-fed butter side by side to watch them melt in my cast iron pan.
They're so obviously different in color, taste, texture, and health benefits, it's hard to believe they're sold under the same "butter" name.
If you haven't tried the real stuff yet, it's worth it.
