No, the food like this is usually not hot. It is made for snacks and cold lunches or for emergency food in your back pack.

All the time I lived there, I hardly ever saw either spam or peanut butter (please, don’t tell me peanuts cream is the same as peanut butter).
Now that I live here, I hardly ever see good fish or tiramisu.
