I can simply not pay for December (bill is due on Dec 6) and then after five days (= Dec 11), the territory will become archived at which point anyone can take it over for the prices you can see in the image above.
Another idea is to transfer the territory to you so you will get the bill for next month.
Please transfer it, we'll pay for it on 6th Dec, and then pay it monthly. After few months, perhaps I can talk my co-founder into paying 3m at once and have it forever. Thanks again!

Yes, it will be a red notification or if you go to ~oracle, you will see a banner.

Sounds like a win-win situation for everyone.
I originally created this territory to promote markets on delphi.market but since we now have Predyx from @mega_dreamer, I lost a bit my motivation to make sure I ever deploy it on mainnet. Maybe I will still do (since I think it's a cool domain name), but I don't think maintaining ~oracle is worth it anymore. I also run ~security and ~crypto and they also require much needed love. I am still interested in prediction markets and DLCs though.
Maybe @mega_dreamer wants to take over this territory and rename it to ~predyx? 👀
