His Twitter account now shows "does not exist".
He was arrested about 20 days ago during the protests in Tehran. He has been in contact with his family and close friends. We hear that almost every one who was arrested at the same time as Ziya, has been released by now. But Ziya stays there with no bail

This is very bad news. Ziya has contributed enormously to advance education of Bitcoin privacy. We hope he is released safely soon. If anyone has any additional info please DM. We want to help in any way we can.
