Ahh yes cause ya know if you commit a Felony you obviously shouldn't be charged with a felony... The fact this guy wrote the 1980s crack down on crime bill that lead to mass incarceration is just wild

No... Much like how Governors have the power to grant pardons or clemency Presidents have the same and well typically it isn't abused... except if you are Joe Biden because well as we have seen with this
