I like the point you make @piecover.
Another way to think about this is to replace bitcoin with the dollar.
Are you too late to buy dollars? People don't even think about dollars in that way. Why is that? If someone is asking this question. Am I too late to buy bitcoin, they don't really understand bitcoin. If they did. They would not ask that question in the first place. As you say in the post. Bitcoin is a useful technology and it will benefit you any time you have it and use it. As more people have it and use it, its utility only increases.
So by that metric alone, if you think you are too late, you don't understand money or bitcoin. Or, you don't believe bitcoin is money or will work at scale. The question of early or late is not the core issue. That's a trading mindset and one we see quite often.

True I agree @kepford, the earliest time to use a useful technology is today unless you don't understand its usefulness or you don't need it in your life for now. But when you do feel the need to protect your wealth you will figure it out quick.
