I really thought the metro system in taiwan was fantastic.
There was a bunch of news on it that it was losing money during covid because people were encouraged not to go out.

It depends on the state.
Most states have a pretty old metro system that could be updated.
But arent because they dont bring in money.
Taiwans was very good.
