I struggle singling out specific things to be thankful for. Practically, we all should be thankful for nearly everything, good and bad. I'll keep mine abstract, as disappointing as that probably is:
I'm thankful for problems. I'm thankful for struggle. I'm thankful for everything I must learn to solve problems and overcome struggle. I'm thankful for what I learn about myself when I do. I'm thankful for pain's reminder that I'm thankful for life when I make the choice to endure it.
What are you thankful for?
I was going to post this in ~based but it didn't survive. I think it was just ahead of its time - we can all imagine the white-pilling that'll take place there some day. Speaking of thanks, I'm thankful for all the territory founders sticking out our long, arduous transition to non-custodial wallets. It's nearly over and I can't wait to spend forever making it worth it.
Happy thanksgiving!
I am thankful for just being alive! I have had too many opportunities to be otherwise and avoided them. I am also thankful for every little ache and pain that screams to me, “You are alive!” Yessiree, there is a lot to be thankful for today and every day.

Good answer, especially as my aches and pains are magnified by this long, busy day.

I understand and wish I had your condition. It seems mine are pretty permanent, especially in the joints.

Sorry to hear that. I have my share of serious ailments too. Comes with old age.
reply
Nope, don’t be sorry!! I earned each and every ache and pain the hard way. Most of the times by ignoring advisors that said, “It would be better if you didn’t do that!” And then I did it. You know the old rule of FAFO!! I think people have to find out about FAFO the hard way all the time.

As much as I find parenting exhausting, I am grateful to have one boy and one girl. They enliven my journey, and I love understanding the similarities and differences between their preferences and attributing some of them to gender haha. I think I would have found parenting even more exasperating if I had two boys or two girls.
I am grateful to have married well because my wife is a rock and I wouldn’t know what I would do without her.
Would you say that you enjoy the struggle? Or you tackle it more like something you are determined to get out of the way?

I’m thankful for my education. The education system is so broken in my country right now. In the past two years, I’ve left teaching at a local university and pulled my kids from the local school. Everywhere I look, I see failure in education. However, I grew up in a time when life skills and critical thinking were prioritized in almost every institution I passed through. It was quite a privilege.

I'm thankful for a lot of things like life, loving family, water, air, land, house, car, bike, problems (as you mentioned), solutions ...and the list may go on. The biggest to pin point is however the work I do and how I began doing it. I never wanted to be in my family's business but my only brother became a teacher and I was left with no other choice than to help my father. Initially I had to learn a lot of things because our work required a lot of specific things I wasn't aware (I was very young 15/16). But by the age of 18 or 19 I was earning so much that I left studies which I hated and was earning so much that most people would only imagine in India. So, I'm thankful that I got the business opportunity because my father was into it all his life. I think so many times what if my father wouldn't be in logistics or what if he were a plumber or a person doing a job, wouldn't I be doing struggle or serving someone else or not living the life that I'm happy with?

I'm thankful to have a happy healthy kid. We didn't decide to have kids until a little later and it's really nice that it worked out for us.
I'm also thankful for this "third space", as @cryotosensei would call it. I love this community and everything I've learned from it.

Damn. I could have written these exact sentiments, word for word. No point in doing that now.

Health and happiness. We don’t need anything else.
I’m flattered you brought up what I mentioned about third space haha

I am thankful for healthy life given by God, And bitcoin to survive in this world with it.

I'm thankful for Bitcoin because it has given me a lot of hope, faith and opportunity to compare the life that I had with the life I have now. Not super affluence but I'm able to see through the garbage and at the same time I am inspired by the figures who have also become part of this.
Understanding that you can scientifically measure the Fiat money supply with a network that many say is flawed but it's also singularly real and more useful than anything else.

I'm thankful for the gift of life itself and all the experiences that come with it. I’m grateful for the people who inspire me, challenge me, and walk beside me on this journey. I appreciate the opportunities to grow, the lessons learned through failure, and the victories that remind me of my potential.
I'm thankful for the little things too: a warm meal, a safe place to rest, and moments of peace that bring clarity. Even during difficult times, I’m grateful for the strength to keep moving forward and the hope that tomorrow can be better. Life may not always be perfect, but there’s always something to appreciate.
