Glad you're becoming like me. I limited drinking tea for coffee a long time ago and the reason was the taste of coffee not the health benefits. I also drink tea I don't suggest you leave that either. Keep drinking both because both have their specific good effects on gut health. Tea also comes with full of medicinal properties.

I've recently started drinking coffee and constraining my tea habit. I was like susceptible of it but good to know that it's also beneficial.
