There's no harm in consuming any food in a prescribed quantities. Even Alcohal is beneficial if you can limit it to 50 ml/day. I'd suggest you not to drink coffee more than required and get the maximum benefit.

I drink coffee every day. I rarely drink anything besides coffee and water, so it's nice to k own that there's benefits.
