I suspect that one of the most challenging tasks as a bitcoin entrepreneur is finding funds for your idea. At this point, what do you recommend to other fellow bitcoiners starting their own bitcoin company without the necessary resources to build a team?

Start small. build your team of co-founders who will be as committed as you. Really highlight the reason your company exists (mission).
I will never part with my bitcoin because I think there are "better investments". I part with my bitcoin because you are going to change the world.
Bitcoiners are passionate about changing the world, and we part with sats to do so.
