I'm looking to educate some friends about what a true bitcoin L2 would entail. I remember seeing some pretty good write ups here on how currently only lightning satisfies that definition, but can't find it. Any one with a link?

Those friends think Stacks, Cardano, and other affinity scams would be valid contenders.
