How is the iconically charged heliosphere expected to affect EM signals entering/leaving the solar system? Does this affect our ability to receive or send signals?

Let's assume this theory is true. So, our species is in great danger, because we make no effort to stay hidden.

The Dark Forest theory tries to explain why we haven't found aliens yet. It says aliens are hiding because they think it's too dangerous to show themselves. Humans send out radio signals, but smart aliens might not because they fear other aliens could attack them. Experts think this theory is not very likely. Different aliens might act differently. Some might be curious, some aggressive, and some peaceful. The theory also has issues because it's very hard to hide a whole planet. So, maybe aliens are very far away or maybe they destroy themselves before finding us.
